Perfect Day in the Mountains

Event Terms + Conditions

October 21 to 23, 2026 · Canmore, Alberta · Last updated July 24, 2026

These are the terms for Perfect Day in the Mountains, a live in-person event hosted by Perfect Day Business Mentorship ("we", "us"). By purchasing a ticket you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose, because that's how we do everything.

1. Registration and payment

Tickets are purchased through our registration page with payment processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Early bird pricing is available until August 15, 2026, after which prices increase. Registration closes on September 1, 2026 (date subject to change) so we can confirm final numbers with our venue and experience partners.

2. The VIP day

The first 10 completed registrations, determined by the timestamp of payment in our payment system, receive the VIP day on Wednesday, October 21 at no additional cost. VIP status is confirmed by email after purchase. VIP spots cannot be reserved, held, or transferred separately from the ticket they belong to.

3. No refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If something comes up and you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing hello@perfectdaybusinessmentoring.com no later than September 1, 2026, so we can update catering, materials, and (if applicable) VIP arrangements.

4. What your ticket includes

All event sessions, coffee, lunches, and dinners on Thursday, October 22 and Friday, October 23, plus event materials. VIP tickets also include the Wednesday, October 21 experience: the guided hike and moving mastermind, Banff Gondola passes, dinner at the summit, and VIP day transportation. Flights, ground transportation to and from Canmore, accommodation, travel insurance, and personal expenses are your responsibility.

5. Health, safety, and activities

This event includes optional physical activities, including walking, hiking on mountain trails, and gondola rides operated by third parties. Participation in every activity is voluntary. You're responsible for knowing your own abilities and health considerations, participating within them, and following the safety instructions of our team and of third-party operators. Mountain weather changes quickly, and activities may be adjusted for conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the event or its activities, or from the acts or omissions of third-party operators and venues. We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance, especially if you're visiting from outside Canada.

6. Photography and recording

The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to appearing in photos, video, and audio captured at the event, and you grant us the right to use that media in our marketing, social media, websites, and course materials, without compensation. If you prefer not to appear in marketing media, email us before the event and we'll do our best to accommodate you while you're in the room.

7. Changes to the event

We may adjust the agenda, session times, speakers, restaurants, activities, or locations as planning finalizes or conditions require. If we cancel the event entirely, you'll receive a full refund of your ticket price. We aren't responsible for other costs you may have incurred, such as flights or accommodation, which is another reason we recommend travel insurance.

8. Conduct

We're bringing together a small room of great people, and we intend to keep it that way. We reserve the right to decline entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to the experience of others, without a refund.

9. Questions

Email hello@perfectdaybusinessmentoring.com and we'll get you sorted.
