Your business exists to fund your perfect day. That's the idea this whole mentorship is built on. So twice a year, I pull everyone out from behind their screens and put them in a room together.

Last spring that room was in the desert. This October, it's in the Rocky Mountains.

And this one has a job. The whole event is pointed at making money through the best months of the year: Q4 and Q5. By the time we meet, your audience has flipped into buying mode, they're thinking about next year, and we are going to be ready to offer.

Getting Here

Fly into Calgary (YYC), then it's about 1 hour 20 minutes to Canmore
Renting a car? Straight shot down the Trans-Canada.
Not driving? Year-round shuttles pick up right at YYC and drop in Canmore: Banff Airporter (~$80), Brewster Express (~$89), Discover Banff Tours (~$78). Book ahead.

Nonstop to Calgary from

Seattle, Denver, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Minneapolis, Newark, and Toronto. Most are three to four hours in the air. Check your exact dates, a few routes run seasonally.

When to land

Wednesday, October 21: wheels down at YYC by 5:00 pm. That puts you in Canmore in time to settle in and grab dinner. Thursday starts at the house at 8:00 am.

Saturday, October 24: book anything after 11:00 am. You'll want three hours from Canmore to your gate.

Coming from the States

Passport, and that's it. You clear customs at YYC. Your US dollars go further up here, and the ticket price is already in USD.

Canmore is a small mountain town, so most spots put you within a short walk of everything we're doing. Late October is the quiet season, so prices are down, but the good places still fill. Book the week you register.

Who can attend?

My clients got first access, and the remaining seats are now open. Every attendee registers individually.

How does the VIP day work?

The first 10 people to register became VIP automatically, at the same ticket price, with the full Wednesday experience included: the hike, the moving mastermind, the gondola, and dinner at the summit. All 10 VIP spots are now claimed, so registering today gets you the two full learning days, Thursday and Friday.

What does it cost, and what are the deadlines?

Your ticket is $975 USD. Registration closes for good on September 30, so we can lock numbers with the venue, the restaurants, and the gondola.

I'm coming from the States. Do I need anything special?

A valid passport. That's it for US citizens visiting Canada. You'll fly into Calgary (YYC) and clear customs there. Bonus: your American dollars go further up here.

What's included in my ticket?

All sessions, coffee, lunches, and dinners on Thursday and Friday, plus event materials. The 10 VIPs also get everything on Wednesday, including transportation and the summit dinner. Flights, getting to Canmore, and your accommodation are on you.

Can I bring my partner?

Absolutely bring them to Canmore, it's a gorgeous place to explore while you're in session. The sessions and group dinners are for registered attendees.

What about the weather?

October in the Rockies is beautiful and unpredictable. Layers, real shoes, gloves, and a toque (Americans: that's a beanie). A full packing list comes after you register. The hikes are easy to moderate and we adjust for conditions.

When should I arrive and leave?

VIPs: arrive Tuesday, October 20. Everyone else: arrive Wednesday evening at the latest, we start Thursday at 8:00 am. Fly home Saturday, October 24, or stay and play in Banff.
