You've heard me say it since the day we started working together. Your business exists to fund your perfect day. So once a year, I pull my clients out from behind their screens and put them in a room together.

Last spring that room was in the desert. This October, it's in the Rocky Mountains.

Twenty-five seats. Two full days of learning built around where your business is right now. A mountain-top dinner for the first ten people in. And real space to think, walk, and talk with people building the same thing you are. Scottsdale taught me the conversations between sessions are where half the breakthroughs happen.

Fly into Calgary (YYC), then it's about 1 hour 20 minutes to Canmore
Renting a car? Straight shot down the Trans-Canada.
Not driving? Year-round shuttles pick up right at YYC and drop in Canmore: Banff Airporter (~$80), Brewster Express (~$89), Discover Banff Tours (~$78). Book ahead.

Trail mastermind + dinner on the summit

We load up at noon and head into the mountains for a group hike and a moving mastermind: roughly three hours of walking and working on your business at the same time.

Then the Banff Gondola carries us up Sulphur Mountain for golden hour at the summit and dinner at Northern Lights Alpine Kitchen, the restaurant at the top. Back in Canmore by about 9:30 pm.

Some things only happen in the room

I watched it in Scottsdale. People walked in with a problem they'd been circling alone for months and walked out with it solved, because someone two seats over had already lived it. You can't get that on Zoom, and a Slack thread only goes so deep. It takes a trail, a dinner table, a coffee walk where someone finally says the thing out loud.

This is the one time this year we're all in the same place. Come learn, get your next six weeks planned with me in the room, and meet the people you've only ever seen in little squares.

Who can attend?

Right now, this is for my clients only. Every attendee registers individually. If seats remain later, I may open a few to guests, and clients will hear about that first.

How does the VIP day work?

The first 10 people to register are automatically VIP. Same ticket price, and you get the full Wednesday experience included: the hike, the moving mastermind, the gondola, and dinner at the summit. Once those 10 spots are claimed, registration still gets you the two full learning days.

What does it cost, and what are the deadlines?

$650 USD if you register by August 15. After that, prices increase. Registration closes for good on September 1, so we can lock numbers with the venue, the restaurants, and the gondola. Same event, same inclusions, so moving early gets you the better price and a shot at the VIP day.

I'm coming from the States. Do I need anything special?

A valid passport. That's it for US citizens visiting Canada. You'll fly into Calgary (YYC) and clear customs there. Bonus: your American dollars go further up here.

What's included in my ticket?

All sessions, coffee, lunches, and dinners on Thursday and Friday, plus event materials. VIP adds everything on Wednesday including transportation and the summit dinner. Flights, getting to Canmore, and your accommodation are on you.

Can I bring my partner?

Absolutely bring them to Canmore, it's a gorgeous place to explore while you're in session. The sessions and group dinners are for registered attendees.

What about the weather?

October in the Rockies is beautiful and unpredictable. Layers, real shoes, gloves, and a toque (Americans: that's a beanie). A full packing list comes after you register. The hikes are easy to moderate and we adjust for conditions.

When should I arrive and leave?

VIPs: arrive Tuesday, October 20. Everyone else: arrive Wednesday evening at the latest, we start Thursday at 8:00 am. Fly home Saturday, October 24, or stay and play in Banff.

Is the full schedule confirmed?

The shape of it, yes. The detailed run sheet is coming, and I'm leaving room for a surprise or two.
